Will be raffled off at $50.00 a ticket.
After 2,000 tickets are sold.
The date for the raffle will be announced.
The event will occur at the front of the Condo and the Property Deed will be transferred over to the winner.
the keys will be handed over on that day the Deed transfer is completed. Due to strict Association rules.
You can pay the $50.00 thru paypal. Your raffle ticket will be the reciept of payment.

There will be no actual tickets, I will use your name and tel# as the ticket.To save on cost of reffle.
The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms,stanless steel appliance and washer and dryer stay, all appliances are new .Patio has swimg in the back patio.
